We are happy to announce the 17th edition that will be developed on Friday 31st May and Saturday 1st June, with a hybrid (in-person and online) format. This is an academic (non-commercial) independent meeting. It has gained recognition by major HIV and mental health organisations in Spain and Europe.

The symposium is unique in its kind, and is addressed to HIV doctors, psychologists, psychiatrists, community persons, and any other persons broadly interested in the topics of central nervous system, mental health, and HIV. With an eminently practical approach, it is an educational tool that can help diagnose and treat the psychiatric and neuropsychological problems presented by HIV positive patients.

The preliminary program includes several state-of-the-art topics to be discussed in the morning and afternoon of Friday 31st May, followed by a plenary lecture on sleep disorders in persons with HIV. On Saturday 1st June, there will be more specific updates on two topics: Neuropathogenesis of HIV, and Stigma and discrimination.

We’ll be very thankful to you if you share this information with all of those who can be interested in it.

We look forward to your active participation.

See you in May!
