Mina is a social entrepreneur, speaker, author, wellbeing coach, mental health and mindfulness trainer. She has been a volunteer peer mentor with Positively UK over the last 7 years and has supported the development of the national BHVIA HIV standards for Peer Support. A speaker at the BHIVA 2019 and speaker on emotional resilience at the Gilead international HIV and Your Body: Going the full 360 event in Amsterdam September 2019. Involved in Gilead campaign to support women living with HIV to feel positive about living a long and healthy life. In April 2020 post Covid 19 she delivered emotional resilience base sessions with Positively UK.

Mina has a background in health and social care and working in collaboration across and not for profit sector and education in developing a diverse range of mental health and wellbeing projects and initiatives. Influencing NHS service commissioning to improving health and social inequalities for the wider population and those experiencing mental health problems and long term conditions. Mina is a MHFA (Mental Health First Aid) trainer and developed peer support training in Mental Health, HIV and Domestic Violence.

Mina holds a degree in Neuroscience and a Masters in CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility). She is passionate about promoting inner wellbeing towards personal transformation of individuals and communities.
