David Burger, Pharm. D., Ph. D.

Since 2002 he has been appointed as an Associate Professor of Clinical Pharmacology at the Radboud University Nijmegen.

David Burger (Oct. 20, 1964) received his Pharmacy Degree at the Utrecht University in 1990 and completed his PhD thesis in 1994. After this, he moved to the Radboud University Medical Centre, Nijmegen, for his hospital pharmacist training.

Since 1997 he has been leading a research group focussing on clinical pharmacology of antimicrobial agents with emphasis on HIV, TB, fungal infections, and Hepatitis. He is a member of the Editorial Board of the www.hiv-druginteractions.org and www.hep-druginteractions.org websites.
