Dr. Milanini has a broad background in cognitive neuroscience, with specific training and experience in the clinical manifestation of different neurodegenerative disorders. The doctoral training provided her with the necessary competence to transfer her expertise in clinical neuropsychology to the field of HIV. The main research is related to understanding and better characterizing cognitive impairment in the context of HIV.
