Dr. Wells is an Associate Professor of Clinical Psychiatry and the Villere Professor of Translational Education at Louisiana State University Medical School in New Orleans. He specializes in adult psychiatry for patients in acute inpatient hospitalizations, outpatients in collaboration with remote coastal primary care clinics, and patients living with HIV. He is very active in teaching, especially psychiatry residents, medical students, and physician assistant students.
